The Salt Lake Senate (1-0) opened their GDFL schedule and inaugural season June 5th against the Colorado Knights, in a game ending 65-0. 

The Senate are ranked as one of the top teams in the country at #9, and their win solidified that position. 

They dominated from start to finish with 9 touchdowns which included 2 from RB Dougie Umoh, and another 2 from RB Hauni Moi Moi.

This was a great season opener, but they have another tough opponent coming up this Saturday night at home against Las Vegas Saints at Snow College (0-0).
