by Thomas Van Yperen

Salt Lake City, UT The Salt Lake Senate defeated the Spokane Wolfpack 41-6 in Salt Lake City at Skyline High School on Saturday night.

The Senate got off to a fast start, scoring 21 points in the first quarter. The Wolfpack couldn't get anything going offensively, and the Senate took a commanding lead into halftime.

In the second half, the Wolfpack made some adjustments and were able to get on the board with a touchdown in the second half. However, the Senate's offense was too much for them, and they added two more touchdowns in the fourth quarter to seal the win.

With the win, the Senate improves to 4-2 on the season, while the Wolfpack falls to 0-2. The Wolfpack enter the GDFL this season as an exhibition team, looking to join as a regular member in 2023.
